Diana Bowman is an educator and author who loves plants, people, and empowering others. The natural desire to learn, grow, and teach others led her to start sharing her passions through Plant Hideaway.

She believes anyone can have a green thumb with the right knowledge and tools. Diana holds two master's degrees in education (Go Pirates!) and enjoys growing others to be confident in their abilities to learn new things, take risks, and find activities that promote life-long learning. Growing and caring for plants is a simple way to accomplish those goals.

Just like people, plants share similarities and differences. When we understand a plant's story, we have a greater chance of growing something beautiful.
